Supplier Relationship Management
The Strategic Sourcing & Procurement area has a process called Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) that provides the structure to segment, develop and maintain relationships with its strategic suppliers, with the following goals:
- Individual follow-up and control/diminishing of risks through Product and Service Agreements and Supplier Evaluation.
- Promote both-way communication s through feedback sessions with our suppliers.
- Promote a constant improvement and innovation culture through our value creation process.
- Acknowledge the suppliers that brought those value creation initiatives to the business.
SRM is an essential part of our Regional process called Vendor Management Office (VMO)and as a part of the dynamics handled inside the program, we will be adhering to that process.
